Baking Cookies

Caroline and I had a fun time Saturday baking cookies for our neighborhood block party. Caroline LOVED playing in the flour as you can tell from these pictures. I see a future as a pastry chef!

Mother's Day

I had a wonderful Mother's Day this year! We spent the weekend with the Sexton clan. We celebrated Chuck's birthday, James' birthday and Mother's Day all in one weekend! I got to sleep late, drink a big cup of Starbucks coffee and eat very yummy food this morning. James and Caroline gave me a sweet card and a rose to celebrate. We went to supper with our sweet friends Brad, Sarah and Kate at Hideaway Pizza. Overall it was a wonderful day!
