14 Weeks
This was a special week for us. Mimi and Papa came to visit us. When Mimi and Papa arrived we ewnt down to Del Ray for lunch at Starlight Cafe for fish tacos. We walked around in the little shopping area, and had a great time. It was Mimi's birthday so we took them to The Chart House to eat her birthday dinner. We had such a special night, and Caroline was perfect. She didn't make one peep throuhout the entire dinner. This was the weekend that Caroline started growling. She would growl at Mimi and then die laughing. Such a funny sense of humor so early!

9 Weeks
We had a great weekend day trip to the Shenandoha Mts. with Amanda and Thomas Grabos. We drove through Skyline Drive to see all the beautiful fall leaves. We went to a pumpkin patch and got some great pictures of Caroline. I love fall, so today was a special day for me. I got to share my love of fall leaves and pumpkins with my sweet girl.

Mt. Vernon and OSU
This has to be one of my favorite memories from Caroline's first few months. I love Mt. Vernon, and it was only a 10 min drive from our house in Alexandria. We toold Caroline to the Mt. Vernon Wine Festival. We had a blanket out on the beautiful back lawn of Mt. Vernon overlooking the Potomac River where we ate cheese and fruit and drank our wonderful wine. We toured the rarely seen wine celler where the tour guide told us Caroline was their youngest visitor ever at 8 weeks. This was another wonderful family evening.

Caroline and Sara Grace
Our dear friends from Neal and Dawn had their little girl Sara Grace right after we had Caroline. We met them in Del Ray for the Del Ray Art's Festival, and had a wonderful day. We walked the streets and ate lunch at the Dragon Fly Cafe. We had such a wonderful day with our sweet girls. I love seeing these girls together. I know that they will be great friends if we stay in this area.
